Directv--Receive/TIVO question

We have an HD receiver. about 3 months old and is on the fritz and will be replaced under warranty.

So do I lose all my TIVO stuff--this is the only receiver we TIVO on. Is it all gone when I get a replacement?

yes, it'll all be gone. It is just a hard drive so like on a computer, if it craps out everything is gone.

Yep, it is gone. It really stinks!!

only way to save it is if you clone the hard drive (assuming it's not the hard drive that is the problem).
