Directions with prompts for CRT ps?

Where did they go? I thought I saw them in a link in the 1st post at the top of this forum, but it's not there. Help, I only have 1 day to call for during our week there because of the rehab and it's my daughter's 5th b-day. I have a back-up at PSB but she really wants Cindy there. Anyone know where it is?

i use the 1 and 1 method,

when you hear welcome to disney dining press 1 straight away bypassing the list of options to press
when the voice starts on the next lot of options press 1 again
then you should be in the q
