Directions: OLCC to Hoop Dee Doo

I was hoping someone could provide directions. I looked on line but all I can get is directions to the Lodge and I read somewhere that getting to the actual Revue location is kinda tricky. We'll be extremely short on time trying to get there directly after check in, so any and all "directional" advice is much appreciated.

I'm not sure, but I think probably your best bet is to drive to the TTC and take the boat to Fort Wilderness.

You might want to post your question on the Theme Park Tips and Strategies board - you will probably get the answer you need.

can you change either your time or the day....

you need an hour on WDW property to get there - off site - I don't even want to guess.

You can drive to FW parking lot - then you need to take a bus and then walk.

the least this can be done is 45 minutes.

anyway here is the route I would take - go to WDW like to the MK tell the front gate that you are going to hoop-de-doo.

as some as possible get in the far right lane - you are turning right as soon as possible. - you will be on this road for around a mile? - you don't want the first left turn to FW - you want the second left turn to FW - there is no security guard here.

park you car as close to the kennel as possible.

then you get to walk to the bus stop.

Anyway, let me see if I understand this. It sounds like you have to take a bus once your on the property to get to the local that holds the Revue? Is this correct? Or I could find somewhere to take a boat that takes you right to it or do you have to take a bus after you take a boat too?

Also, if we're late can the majority of our party be dropped off nearby? And then the person driving go and park and take the bus?

No - you can't drop off anyone.

the bus and the boat are the only ways to get there.

I have found the boat slower - the wait for the boat can be very long - same boat goes to Wl then MK then back to WL before it gets to FW. so this can be a long wait.

it takes a long time to get to Pioneer Hall where hoop-de-doo is.

you either take the bus or boat.

if you take the boat - you need to park at the Mk - then take the monrail over to the MK - then take that boat.

this is at the far end of the FW campground.

even taking a taxis won't get you any further - boat or bus is it.

you can't even walk to it faster - because it is at the far end of the campground - sorry!!!

you can go to WL and get on the bus back to FW - it goes to the T/T (so you could probably get it there too). this would have far less people - but both routes will take time. Since the first stop after WL is this place - this might be the quicker route if the security guard allows you entry.
