Yes, just follow the exit road out of SFB a couple miles until you get to the junction of TOLL 417 (Seminole Expressway in Seminole County/Central Florida Greeneway in Orange County) and head southbound on the 417.
It takes you around the east side of Orlando, wraps around Orlando International Airport (MCO) and right in to the Disney area. Where you would exit the 417 would depend where in the Disney area you're headed.
I believe there are 5 mainline toll plazas between Sanford Airport and State Road 536, where you'd probably get off at. The northern most plaza is $2.00 followed by two plazas at $.50 followed by two plazas at $1.00. Total: $5.00
If you want to travel to Disney for free stay on the exit road which becomes Lake Mary Blvd and after many traffic lights you get to I-4, which you would take westbound towards Orlando and Tampa. This road is prone to congestion but it is free.
