Directions from I-75 to ASR?

I posted this on the transportation board also.
Is it best to take the turnpike or head further down I-75 South?
Looking for quickest way to go straight to All-Star resorts (driving south on I-75)

The way we go is I-75 to the turnpike, get off on the 1st exit ($1 toll), US 27 to 192 and it takes you straight there. the All Star resorts is on that side of WDW. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.
