Any one here know the current estimated wait times for the 2 resorts for 50 points Sept use year.??

Any one here know the current estimated wait times for the 2 resorts for 50 points Sept use year.??

I went on the wait list in early June for 25 BWV (Sept. UY) and had the points in my account a couple of weeks later.

You may be better off asking for 2 25 point contracts. While you would incur some extra closing costs, you may get them faster. I bought 25 BCV points a few weeks ago. The guide thought there was little chance that there would be anything available but when he went to check, there were 28 points. Turns out everyone else wanted 50 or more. Apparently, they skip over everyone who wants more than are available (i.e. they don't "hold" the points waiting for more to come in for the first person in line) so I got the points. They were in my account within 3 hours.

I went on the direct wait list for 30 BWV Sept UY. Called my guide May 7th in the morning and he called that afternoon and let me know the points were available!
