From an email I just got from DVC...


You can lock in the current price by Adding On at Aulani,
Disney Vacation Club Villas, Ko Olina, Hawai'i, or The Villas
at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. The price per Vacation
Point for Members increases from $150 to $155 on
February 12, 2014  so act now and save on a lifetime
of vacation memories.

The email I got states:

The price per Vacation Point for Members increases from $150 to $155 on February 12, 2014

I got one regarding Aulanis increase to $155 and it said jan 15 2014 as the date of increase.

Reading the fine print also says:


Effective January 15, 2014, the starting price for a real estate interest equal to 100 vacation points at Aulani and at The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort will be $15,500 and is subject to change.

Just a little perspective for anyone saving to purchase instead of financing . I bought in 2012 AKV witch I didn't buy but was being sold was $120 a point with an incentive of I think it was 10 points per 100 points , may have been 20 .

In 2 years inflation of $35 per point . That's astronomical in my book . It has been increasing $5 per point every 6 months .
