Direct/indirect Eurostar

Hi

We have just received our confirmation from Disney and we are travelling on Eurostar from St Pancras on 9th June at 9.53 am and we are returning from Disney on 13th June at 19.17. I thought these were both Disneys direct trains but on our confirmation are described as indirect. As my son is disabled this could be a problem for us. :confused:

I know there have been problems with the trains because of the fire in the tunnel, but I thought full service was resumed last week.

Does anybody have any information as to why Disney would describe the service as indirect.

As far as i can see these are direct. ( I even checked on eurostar )

Whatever Disney say i would take Eurostar as the correct source as long as your arrival times are 13:31 and 21:12, then they are direct.

Maybe you could check this? As there could be a small possibility they are asking you to change at Lille onto a TGV.

I'd give them a call just to be sure unless anyone on here has had actual experience of this?

I just recieved my booking confirmation, and i have the same problem!!!!

It says the exact same times as the direct train, but says indirect!

Could it just be a mistake on the confiramtion, because before i have had loads of problems with mistakes on the confirmation.
 
If it was indirect wouldn't it state where you would have to get off?
 

Yeh i suppose it would, it would say about connections and stuff wouldn't it.

I booked with disney through first choice, so tomorrow I will go into first choice and get them to ring disney. If they aren't helpful I will ring disney direct.

Either way I will let everyone know what I find out cause I think this may affect quite a few people.

I called Disney and they said both journeys were direct.

To double check I called in at first choice and got them to phone up too. And they confirmed they were both direct and were told that the computer is putting indirect on everybodies invoice at the moment and they are trying to sort it out.

Hope that's of help to anyone with concerns on their own invoice.
