Direct from Disney cost per point?

I know I've seen either a link or an actual chart that shows what the per point cost is if you buy directly from Disney for all resorts (not just Aulani and AKV), including those that have supposedly "sold out". Can someone point me in the right direction? I want to compare those prices with the resales costs I've seen. Thanks!
