Direct discounts besides Riv and Aul for new members

For new members buying direct into DVC the only discounts right now are on Riviera and Aulani, maybe Grand Floridian next month, is that correct?

The others don't seem to offer it but honestly I would reach out to DVC and just ask. They can give you a login to the DVC Explorer site which outlines all the pricing breakdowns.

DVC is fairly low pressure so if you say you just want the pricing they likely will just give it to you. You could even try just doing a chat on the DVC site itself to ask for it.

I have heard that they won't be doing any other resorts next month for new buyers when they can buy VGF. But, guides don't always know things until they happen so really, we don't know.

However, since this month they kept it to just VGF, with RIV and AUL, I'd be surprised to see more until at least May or June because honestly, VGF prices are pretty good!

Just purchased at Riviera with the incentives but they also had incentives at BLT although they were not that great in my opinion.

We have been trying Beach Club resale but 3 months. We just went for our 4th try, is this one fails, I think we may go direct, Riviera is great, just trying to get over the resale restrictions if we have to sell.

We also tried resale for SSR. I knew my husband wasn't go to even try for multiple resale contracts. Unfortunately we had an amazing contract at SSR but they took it yesterday. When I saw the Riviera incentives it made it the same price as SSR so even though we don't like the resale restrictions we felt it was still the better deal. Good luck to you.
