:tink: My DH and I are planning our first trip to WDW together, and his first ever. I want to make a APR for everyday (or almost every day) we are there. No children and DH loves to try different kinds of beer (thought that Biergarten would be good for that). We have the dinning package so we aren't worried about the cost of meals too much. Give me your top picks and why you love them.

You might consider sharing TS meals and snacking on CS inbetween. Then you could do TS for lunch and dinner and won't be too full. DH and I shared quite a few meals and were glad we did so because you get so much food on the dining plan. Also, if you share a few, you will have some left over for signature restaurants, where you need 2 credits. If it were just DH and I, I would recommend Spoodles at the Boardwalk, Rose and Crown (I hear they have a nice beer sampler), Brown Derby(signature) and Kona Cafe. A great split lunch is at Beaches and Cream--double burgers there are huge and they will give you a huge chicken ceaser salad as an appetizer. Sundaes for dessert are easily shared. For CS, try Wolfgang Puck in DD and the food court at POR or POFQ.

The best suggestion I can give you is to check out www.allearsnet.com and see all the Disney menus. Spend some time reviewing them and determining what sounds good to you. From there, make notes on which restaurants you think you'd like to eat at (primary and a back-up or two) and then do a search on this board for reviews. You'll probably get a fairly decent impression on what you might expect. Figure out which park(s) your going to be in on any partcular day and then see which restaurant corresponds with that park choice (or nearby hotel). Then when your 180 days from check in arrive, call Disney dining and make your reservations...

Here are some of our favorites:

Boma - Really interesting flavors. Delicious. And you get to try a little bit of everything.

Le Cellier - Classic steakhouse, everything is done just right. Try the cheese soup!

50's Prime Time - Good home cooking. Pot Roast, Meatloaf and Fried Chicken are all great. And try the s'mores.

I like Boma, O'Hana's, House of Blues, San Angel Inn, and Sci-Fi (mostly for the ambience).

Concourse Steakhouse at the CR is very good. My DH loves it. I also agree with Rose and Crown and LeCellier. Oh, and ESPN Club is great and a short walk from Epcot.

I would pick Jiko at the AKL. It is our favorite place to dine at WDW. They have a great beer there called Tusker from South Africa. I'm sure your husband would like it. If you have do go to Jiko take some time to explore the lodge, it is really a beautiful resort. Make sure you walk outside to see the animals up close. :)
