Dinning reservation with out WDW room reservation

Can dinning reservation be made at a WDW resort location with out having WDW room reservation? We will be visiting the Orlando area for a night in Febuary and won't be staying on property but would like to have dinner at one of the resort location.

Yes, anyone can make reservations starting 180 days in advance of the day they want to dine.
