Hello, we just booked our first cruise for this October. My BiL also booked on the same cruise but a different reservation. How do we make sure that we are seated at the same table for dinner?

Contact Disney asking to have the reservations linked. (And say you'd like to dine together.) I've used the 'contact us' email link from the DCL website for questions that aren't time sensitive (may take a few days to get a reply), but you can definitely call if you'd like to talk to a person! It would help if you have both reservation #s when you contact them

You can link them using the DCL website. After logging on, select My Reservations from the Already Booked drop down menu. Check where it says Reservation # [your reservation nbr] and then Add Reservations at the bottom of the window that opens up. You will need their confirmation number, the birth date of any one on their reservation and their last name.

You can also link them using the DCL Navigator mobile app. Just touch Add Reservation at the bottom of your list of upcoming cruises after logging on.

I will note, that the linking is not always reliable , so you might also want to send an email if it is not time sensitive. When we traveled last July, although all four reservations were linked, they did not have us, in fact, on the same rotation. They were able to fix it without too much trouble since we realized it at lunch when we get on the ship, but if it had been a dinner time, that would’ve been bad!
