dinning plan without staying onsite

Okay- so second question. . .
Is it really worth it??
We are a Wyndham owners family and could easily use points to stay at bonnet creek for free- and just purchase tickets.. .
So is the dinning plan WORTH staying on site in a cramped hotel room?

I know this is a personal question= depending on preferences. . but just curious to see feedback. . .

Worth depends on the person.

The only real way to see if it would be a money saver for you would be to compare the cost of OOP at the places you'd like to eat versus the cost of the dining plan. You can see menus with pricing at allears.net.

I save money using DXDP where most people don't. Some save money doing the regular DDP, lots break even, lots would lose money.

It's super subjected. Would I base my trip off of it? No. It wouldn't save THAT much money, especially since you'd also be paying for a room where you would otherwise be getting it free. If you'd be more comfortable in the room you get using your points I'd go that route.
