Dinning Plan Questions

I have never done Dinning Plan before so since I have the package this summer I am trying to do some calculating down to the wire. Question 1: What is the sales tax on food? Question 2: I noticed on the list for the 2008 participating restaurants most of the World Showcase restaurants were mentioned but on the 2009 on the Disney site it was only England, Canada, and Germany. Is there a chance these will be added later, no this is the new list the other countries dropped out, or I misread the 2008 list? Any answers would be appreciated!

Sales tax is 6.5-7% depending on which restaurant. Most are 6.5% I believe. More then likely all the restaurants in 08 will join up in 09 theyre just finalizing contracts
