My inlaws booked our cruise on the Fantasy for October 15-21, 2016. How do I learn which night will be formal night, HOTHS, Pirate nighte etc?

I was looking at last years navigator online but perhaps this info is sailing specific and shows with the reservation? I have not accessed it as FIL is in charge and paying :)

We are going on the first sailing of HOTHS (Sept 3rd) and our formal night is 2nd night (first sea day), Halloween is next night (Cozumel night, 3rd night), Pirate night is when we are in Jamaica (Day 5) and semi formal is the 2nd sea day (day 6).

We are on the September 24th to October 1 cruise to Tortola, St. Thomas , Castaway Cay.
Sunday night ,25th (1st sea day) is Formal night
Monday night 26th,is Halloween dress up or cruise casual)
Tuesday night is Pirate night in Tortola
Wednesday night is Prince/Princess (St. Thomas) themed menu and can dress up.
Thursday night is Semi Formal/Captain Gala
Friday night is See ya real soon

But how did you guys learn this?

Previous experience of both of these itineraries. :) And being in the cruise window for booking excursions etc.

You should be entering your window soon at 75 days out from sail date. I am sure your Inlaws will be sharing some information with you soon as you get closer to your window for online check in and booking excursions etc.

Thank you! So it was mainly a question because of needing to provide FIL preferred days for Anna and Elsa MG (is this daily?) and potential BBB or Pirates League appt for DD10. I thought PL was only on Pirate night, but wanted to double check and also think about when to tell him to get the Anna and Elsa MG... based on what other things I knew were going on that day.

Thanks for your answers!
