Dinner shows on DP-unlimited beer/wine?

I noticed that on the menu, adults get unlimited beer, wine and house cocktails. If you are on the dining plan, do you still get the all-u-can-drink?

For Hoop-dee-doo it mentioned sangria was all you can drink....I LOVE sangria

I just booked my first trip to WDW and am not familiar with the dinner shows you mentioned, which do you mean as this thread intrigues me greatly.
