Dinner Seating

Hey Everyone...Getting sooooo excited reading these boards! First Disney Cruise 2 weeks from today...(11/27/04). We're doing the 7 Day Eastern Carribean (on the Magic)!

These boards have been so helpful with info I just wouldnt think of...but so glad I happened upon it! I figured I'd throw the question out there...to see if there's any info...

I booked the cruise in January...for myself, my daughter, and my mother. I selected Main Dining. My aunt and her daughter decided in August that they wanted to come too...so we booked their reservation, we got same floor, (CAT 6, deck 6)...but they are in late seating.

I've called several times about this, they keep telling me to call back or check on the ship. I'm nervous about waiting until we get on the ship...what if they say no!?!?

Has anyone had experience with changing dinner times? Any insight would be great...

We were waitlisted for first seating on our first cruise. When we got our KTTW card we were already on first. But, if that doesn't happen make that your first stop once on board to be put on the waiting list. I don't think you will have much problem getting it changed. Just explain to them your situation.

Have a great trip........I am very jealous. I can't wait until I cruise AGAIN!

Be sure to have DCL link your resies for dinner. They can make a note of this on your reservation even if you are in different seatings so that if & when theirs is changed, it will automatically seat you at the same table.

Thanks for the grrrreat info!!! (and so quick!) I really appreciate it!

I do believe our reservations are linked (because everytime I call, they automatically have the info.....but I will double check...

And I will certianly check when we get on the ship!

One more question: Can anyone tell me how to get the counter at the bottom of a post? (ie, 14 days and 3 min til next cruise)...*smyle*
