I just made a reservation at OHana's at 930pm. The parks are all closed at 9 that particuliar night. Will I have to get a cab to get back to my resort? Has anyone had this kind of thing. It is the ONLY time I could get reservations and I'd rather eat that late than not at all. Advice appreciated!

You could take a bus to Downtown Disney and then transfer to a bus going to your resort there.

My sentiments exactly!

Sure you can get a taxi back to your resort but since Downtown Disney is open very late, you can easily grab a DD bus from the Poly and then get on your resort bus from there
Could even walk around DD for a bit and walk off your late dinner :)

Downtown Disney is awesome to walk around late at night.
Lots of things going on!

Depends on how fast you want to get back to your resort after dinner.

Not to put a damper on things... sometimes the bus to DD takes a LOT longer than you think, and especially after a big meal and a day at the parks, sometimes you just want to go home. I'd call Poly and ask how much an average cab is, just in case. I had a late meal at California Grill one year and it took FOREVER to get back to POFR via DD. After stuffing ourselves at Beach Club one night the same week, we just bit the bullet and tool a taxi. They always hang out in front of resorts.

FWIW from Animal Kingdom Lodge to the Tree House Villas was about 20-40$ for 7 of us in one of the vans.

That's what we do every trip...makes for a LONG evening.
One nite we had a bit of pixiedust:, we were the only people on the bus and the driver noticed how cold and tired I was: he dropped us off right at our door: POFQpixiedust: thanks to!

Thanks everyone. I wasn't sure the busses would still be running, but an evening walk at DTD sounds like a winner. If nothing else bus there and bus back to the resort. Thank you!!!:goodvibes

be sure that if a special party is going on that you are at your location for dinner or you may be ushered out
