Sixty days 30 for Fantasmic Dessert seating and tours.

I made Blue Bayou res a little over a month out, so I think it depends somewhat on the restaurant and when you are going.

You CAN make dining reservations 60 days in advance (2 months, actually). But many/most places don't fill up that soon, except for peak dining hours at very popular places.

Could not remember...don't think I have done them on the nose before and never had a problem , but could not remember when.
