If you visit during Food & Wine, do you make dinner reservations every night, or do you only make a few dinner reservations, and spend most of your nights walking around Food & Wine, sampling everything?

How do you spend your TS credits if your not having a sit down dinner every night? We will be getting the dining plan no matter what.

We only make dining ADRs once every second or third night during F&W. We don’t do the dining plan. Tried it once, when it was both less expensive and more generous in terms of number of courses, gratuity included, etc., and still found it to be more food than we needed. We have paid out-of-pocket using TIW (when available) ever since.

we still do ADRs in the evening, but do them later than usual.
We do not do the DDP. We did it once. For us, it didn't include some of the restaurants we wanted to dine at and was too much food at each meal.
We are happier paying OOP, eating where we want and ordering what we want. For others, the DDP works well.
If you are doing F&W, I think it would make using the dining credits in the DDP difficult.

We make an ADR every night but 1. Then we combine that unused TS Credit with another and eat at a Signature. Although we enjoy sampling the booths we like to sit, be waited on, relax and eat a nice TS Meal

We don't do the dining plan and when I go to F&W it's usually solo so my experience is a little different. Most of my meals come from either the booths, the pairing meals or the culinary demos. I eat breakfast at the resort or the parks and I might go to the HBD lounge for lunch or dinner one night but otherwise it's all F&W. I do a couple of the special pairing meals and those are huge and on those days, I don't even eat at the booths very much because I'm just too full.

We make adrs daily and sample F&W 2-3 times. I have learned about myself that, though I do love trying the booths, I don’t love the experience of trudging around in the crowds and heat while balancing my plate and drink, etc. So, a few carefully organized passes through the booths and I am good, I wouldn’t give up my leisurely, relaxed meal in AC. Just my experience.

We have 2 evenings that we are going to be at Epcot during F & W and have ADRs for both. We plan to visit the F&W booths during the day for lunch. Since we are spreading it out over 2 days and plan to share F&W offerings we feel we can still get a lot of variety and still have room for a later dinner. ( One dinner is scheduled for 810p and one is for 630p )

We will have specific days for F&W and we do not make ADRs on those days, most days during the festival we do not make ADRs to leave it open for us to go back to Epcot, but if we are planning on being in a different park during dinner then we may book a dinner reservation depending on the park. We don't go to Epcot on Friday and Saturday evenings during F&W so we may make ADRs those nights depending on our plans.
