Dinner reservations at Le Cellier at Epcot?

On one of our park days (our only park hopper day left from previous trip) we are planning on spending the day at AK. We will go back to POR and get ready for dinner. Our reservations are for 6:30pm at Le Cellier. Which entrance to Epcot should I use? Would it be easier to go to MGM or one of the resorts closest to the WS entrance and go through there or should we just catch a bus from POR to Epcot and walk to the WS?
Does the main entrance to Epcot close earlier than the entrance to WS?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi,

If you have a car you could drive from POR over to the self park lot for the BW and then enter EC through the International Gateway. We do this when we go to EC for dinner as we also spend time hanging out or shopping on the BW itself.

If you do not have a car then taking the resort bus to EC, which will let you off near the main entrance, is the way to go.

Both the IG and the main entrance open and close at the same times.

I would take the bus to the Epcot main entrance and walk from there. There is no direct bus from POR to the Beach Club and MGM is a long way. The main entrance and the International Gateway entrance open and close at the same time.

I would just take a bus to the Epcot main entrance and walk to Canada. After all, Canada is the first country you come to when you walk to the right in the World Showcase.

If you're already at MGM of course it is easier to take the boat to Epcot and use the Int'l gateway. But if you're speficially going to Le Cellier from POR I think it is easier to take the bus to the front of Epcot. It is a bit of a walk tho. So make sure to give yourself enough time to walk.

If you're already in the Boardwalk/Beach club area, you can take the boat or walk to the Int'l gateway also.

Have fun and Enjoy Le Cellier... you're gonna love it! :teeth:

Isn't there a resort bus that goes to the Boardwalk? If so, I think it would be easier to go the Boardwalk and walk right into World Showcase for dinner.

The only resort that had a Boardwalk bus was CSR and they stopped doing it a few years ago.

I would just take the bus to Epcot and walk to Canada for dinner. :)

Resort buses do go to Boardwalk, but from the parks, and DTD. One of my crazy thoughts--if time is not of the essence, you could take the boat to DTD and then the Boardwalk, or Yacht/Beach Club bus. This comes from a family who used to have "alternate transportation" races. If you have a car (I usually rent just for meals at other resorts) I too would drive to the Boardwalk.
