Dinner reservation after landing - no penalty restaurant?

We are landing at 6:40pm. We are only on land for 2 nights before cruise. The second night will be Wishes.

It is my mother in law's birthday and we'd like to celebrate with her that night at dinner. I doubt this exists - but thought I'd ask. Are there any restaurants that I can make a reservation at without a penalty if something happens to our flight? We are a party of 30 people so it would be a nightmare getting in somewhere without a res.

Don't you have to go through group dining? I bet they would know .

To be honest: No. Because for a small party, you might be able to book a Disney Springs restaurant on OpenTable and call if you were delayed.

But a group of 30? Any restaurant who would hold a table for 30 and not have penalty wouldn't stay in business long.
