please help me again, need some clarification. My FP window opens tomorrow, and I can't call and ask w Irma.

I have a 6:50 res for Tony's on a party night and don't have a party ticket. I thought MK was open until 7, but just saw they are open til 6 that night. I went to Tony's page and it says their dinner hours are 3-7 that day.

Will we be able to go to our res? What happens from 6-650? Will we still be able to stay in the park? go on rides? Shop?

TIA!!

Supposedly ride lines with close at 6. The rumor was the earlier closing time was to give Disney an hour to clear out the ride lines and get the majority of non party guests out before the party starts.

If the hours say they close at 6 then you will have to leave at 6. Party guests will be arriving and you will need a party ticket to stay past official park closing. I know with the Halloween parties there is some overlap in party guests arriving and day guests leaving. I read somewhere on here that the Christmas party was going to work things a bit differently this year. You will not be able to ride rides or do meet and greets after the park closes at 6. It could be that the 6:50 reervartion will be a time slot available for party guests, but I'm not 100% certain on that.

You're not even supposed to be able to book an ADR that late without a party ticket.

You're not going to be able to keep it.

Has anyone tried fastpasses yet on MVMCP days, between 4:00 and 6:00 (or 7:00?). With the problem with MNSSHP fastpasses, I was wondering if they were going to handle MVMCP differently (fastpasses not included with party ticket).

- Tony's is not open during the party so you have a regular reservation.

- If you can book via regular dining page you should be okay.

- Dining times during the party are on an independent party dining webpage.

- No one knows what will happen while you wait since this is a new procedure and it hasn't started.

- Once the parties start follow along to find out what happens between 6-6:50.

These are the party dining options on the party dining page.

@HopperFan Thank you!! This makes me feel a little better. Our date is 11/10, so not enough time to wait and see. I'll try to call after the storm I guess.

We talked about adding a party ticket but my kids fall asleep at 9 no matter what. Not sure it's worth it...

I might have to scrap our res and switch parks. Just so much to decide in one afternoon. This will make getting FOP even harder for us though.

Your ADR at Tony's for 6:50 is fine. You'll be able to stay in the park and eat. If it were me, I'd do some shopping from 6-6:30 and then check in for my ADR, but you may be able to check in early and be seated early. I wouldn't cancel it.
