I spoke to a CM at Disney Dining the other day. Candlelight Processional package info will probably be released at the end of June/beginning of July. I am waiting to book mine also.

180 days out to book fanstasmic. I can book June 7th for our Dec.4th trip so you can figure the math out based on this info and your dates.

You can make Fantasmic! Dinner Package reservations at 180 days out, but quite often they aren't loaded into the system until later. And sometimes they'll be available by phone before you can make them online. All in all, the F!DP reservations can be quirky.

CP Dining Package reservations haven't been released yet.

For both F!DP and CP package be sure to book the dining package specifically. Having a regular reservation at a participating restaurant won't include the voucher for either performance.
