Dinner on EMH Night in MK

I'm looking to make a PS for dinner for the EMH night in MK on our stay in early March. I wasn't sure if the restaurants in MK stayed open later. One thought was to go to Chef Mickey's or O'hana and then go over to the park, but we have never eaten at Cindy's or Tony's Town Square. What have others done?

And is Cindy's open in late February/early March or is it being worked on for the Cinderellabration?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It gets a lot of bad reviews, but we are going to try Tony's. I want to be able to sit and rest the feet before the long EMH night.
