I saw the dinner menu for OHana which looks really yummy.:thumbsup2 I know it's served family style but was wondering if you get EVERYTHING on the menu or if you choose one item from each category (1 appetizer, 1 skewer, etc.):confused3

You're served the entire menu with refills of anything if you want it.

and it's very yummy!!

Above links to the review I did of our time there. I was worried because of some of the negative things I had read, but it was everyone's favorite meal. Goes to show that everyone is different, so go, enjoy, and form your own opinion. We did, and we are so happy we did!

This is always our family favorite! Yummy, different and FUN!

When DS was 3 I took he and my 81 yo grandmother to disney. She was honestly revolted at the amount of money I was spending on our food. She is a VERY frugal woman. I completely expected her to freak out over the exessiveness of O'hana, not to mention the price:rolleyes:

From the monent we entered she LOVED it. Our waiter was so attentive and paid her so much attention, she could not get over the view and the castle changing colors and she loved to food and how it was served.. also... not a price to be seen!

I returned from the coconut race to find her with out waiter cornered. I can read her lips and she's asking him how much the meal costs! Oh gee... here we go. To my surprise she went on and on about what a wonderful deal it was... completely worth the money!

She's 90 now and still talks about Ohana's! It's also the one place on our list that has been consistantly a very positive experience.

Come on 4/15 at 9:30pm:love:.... I CAN'T wait!

We just ate at 'Ohana last Sunday night. This was our 4th time there, 3rd dinner and it continues to be my favorite meal anywhere. The meat on the skewers was even better this time than I remembered... tender and juicy. And the dessert is the best ever :goodvibes

We ate at Ohana two weeks ago. The food was OK (DH really liked it, I thought it was nothing to write home about), but the service SUCKED! Our waiters were in such a hurry to deal with everyone other than us that we didn't even get to have all the meats.

We won't be going back.

Is there an option to the bread pudding? No one in our family eats bread pudding? Thanks. Debby

I don't like bread pudding that well, however it is good at OHana. The service was really bad last year when we went too, but there was a table of teachers (25 people) and I think that had something to do with it. You get bowls of everything and the meat that you want, they walk around with skewers of it. We like the dance lessons too and the coconut races are fun for those with younger kids.
One of our favorite places!

When I went there in 2007 I was given pineapple for dessert. I am lactose Intolerant and the chef even prepared skewers of meat without the butter just for me.

I was just there 2 days ago and I LOVED it...this is my new favorite restaurant and we will be going back again and again.

I will say that I was not looking forward to the bread pudding either but it was AWESOME. I don't think it was like any other bread pudding that you have seen before.

We (me DW DD2) ate there the first week of March. This was our favorite meal! We ate so much food it was ridiculous. The only part we didn't love was the pork.... it was a little over done but still OK. The steak was cooked perfectly.. med/med rare and so tender and juicy. The shrimp had the open fire taste and marinade was really good. The waiters came over so many times with the skewers, we had to keep telling them we were all set! Have fun!!!!:goodvibes:goodvibes

We LOVE the bread pudding at 'Ohana -- and we don't even like bread pudding!:rotfl:

There's something really good about it there.

They top it off with vanilla ice cream, so you could just have the ice cream alone.

But, really, give the dessert a try. We didn't think we'd like it... and we loved it... and we asked for more!:rolleyes1

:thumbsup2We ate there 3/23 LOVED it. They got the kids up learning to hula dance, and playing games. Steak, Chicken, Shrimp, chicken wings, noodles, dumplings, salad, and they keep it coming it was delic. The desert is a bannana bread pudding which was delic. Table in front of window facing castle music piped in from MK Fireworks!!!! It was awsome Our reservations were at 8:20 they sat us at 8:05. You do not feel rushed in this restaurant.
LOve Love Love the Poly!!!!!!!!!!
