I was just wonder about how long to takes for a dinner for two at:
California Grill
Ohana
Be our Guest
Story Book Dining at Artist Point

For us California grill is a relaxed extended affair at around 90-120 minutes as its usually multiple rounds of drinks and apps and/or entrees.
BoG, from the timing on my photos from the last visit took us 57 minutes including drinks, appetizers, entrees, the dessert trio and pictures with the beast

I havent yet been to the other two.

Pretty much as long or as short as you want the meals to last. I would put aside at least an hour for service of the different courses each of the eateries you mentioned will take. YMMV.

California Grill = 2 hours
Ohana = 1 hour
Be our Guest = 1 hour
Story Book Dining at Artist Point = 1.5 hours

But you can extend or speed these up as you wish. Disney does a very good job of adjusting meal pacing

CA grill. Service is very pedestrian. About oh 2-3 hours for apps drinks, entree, deserts. But they'll make it snappy if you ask.
Ohana About an hour.
Be our guest. About an hour.
Story book about 1.5-2 hours or so.

'Ohana, diners should probably allow for delayed seating - maybe plan on 1.5 hours?

We enjoy a slow evening meal.
California Grill 90-120 minutes
BOG 60-90 minutes.

We are on the quicker side and Ohana is a solid hour for us.

Cali Grill can take shorter than the other two depending upon what you eat. If you just have apps, sushi, or flat breads, it can go fairly quickly. The others you are at the mercy of the kitchen and the wait staff.

I just went to 2 of these 4 a couple about a week ago. It would depend on he night, but what I experienced,

Cali Grill, 6:45 ressie running about 15 minutes behind, dinner for 2 adults, one teen. 1 alcoholic beverage, 1 hour 45 minutes from when we got there to leaving.

Storybook dining, 8pm ressie running about 25 minutes behind, dinner for 2 adults, one teen. 1 alcoholic beverage, 2 hours 15 minutes from when we got there to leaving.

We went to Ohana breakfast, was about 50 minutes. We finished eating quickly, but needed to wait for Lilo and Stitch. I will say we stayed at the Poly and from the lobby, looks like they were always about 20 - 30 minutes behind each night, especially after 6pm.
