Tonight is an "easy" dinner night so we will be having Trader Joe's Mandarin Chicken served over rice and a salad. Oh and some Costco Potstickers!

Pringles and Caramel Crunch bars. I have had that combo one too many times this week.

Seriously though I am going to make Turkey-a-roni (Beef-a-roni made with ground turkey instead) and garlic bread.

Last night, oven-baked chicken breast (coated in bread crumbs and seasonings) with mixed steamed veggies and Kraft Mac 'n' Cheese. Home made apple pie for desert (the pie was made last weekend).

Tonight, we are having spaghetti with meat sauce and mixed veggies.

We have a new electic fondue pot my DH keeps begging me to use. Tonight I'm doing a chicken broth & white wine fondue with chicken, tortellini, zucchini & mushrooms as dippers.

I threw chicken in the CP with some enchilada sauce (thanks to a lovely DIS'ers recipe on here last week). Will shred it up and mix with cheese, peppers, onion, sour cream when I get home and bake it. MMmmm..

Well, so Mom calls and she said she made home made soup (Chix Wild Rice) and breadsticks for us to pick up from her for dinner. Soo....hmmm...what to do?
