DD15 and I are headed back in November. We typically go to WDW once a year. Looking for some good ideas for dinner. We will have a hopper so we can go where ever. No character meals and she's not picky. We have never done Le Chefs de France or Le Cellier so we are considering one of those. Not sure if we will go to Disney Springs yet.

Some restaurants we've done are 50s Prime Time, Sci-Fi Dine In, BoG, Biergarten, Liberty Tree, Beaches and Cream, Cape May Cafe, Mama Melrose, Via Napoli, Coral Reef, La Hacienda, Akershus, CRT. Anything that we should definitely hit up?

Of the two in the first paragraph I'd go for Chefs de France over Le Cellier any day.

Other things to consider - Tutto Italia (Italy) or even better Italian food Il Mullino at the Swan.

How about Toledo at CSR? Really good food and a beautiful view as the sun sets.

Steakhouse 71 is great and we enjoy Raglan Road for the food and the atmosphere.

We like to eat in France too, but prefer the Boulangerie Pâtisserie for a terrific selection of quiches, sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries and then a quick stroll to L’Artisan des Glaces for wonderful ice cream. And there is a crêperie in France too!

I really like Skipper Canteen in Magic Kingdom.

And Boathouse at Disney Springs.

You have listed some favorites of Chefs de France, Le Cellier, 50’s PTC, BOG, Liberty Tree, and Coral Reef. We also enjoy Tony’s, Tutto Italia, Space220, and Boma. In case you do go to Disney Springs we like The Boathouse.

We love Topolino's dinner (breakfast, too, but you don't want character dining), Shiki-Sai, Whispering Canyon.

My daughter (16 last trip) loved it when we did Cali Grill during fireworks. We even got lucky with a window seat. It was a highlight for her.

We love Le Chefs de France and Steakouse 71. We had great meals at both in July on mother/daughters trip. Have a great trip!

ETA: Teppan Edo may be a good option, too!

Sanaa at Animal Kingdom! Go in the daytime and sit by the windows to see the animals. Good food, too.

Just to clarify, Sanaa is at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Kidani Village. Not Animal Kingdom the park.
