dinner for 2 recommendation?

Thinking of making one more ADR for DH and I to escape the kiddos for the evening. I generally have a standard midwest palatte except I don't eat beef. DH is mostly a vegetarian who will occasionally eat fish. We would like to spend < $100 for the two of us. Where would you go?

Personally I would choose San Angel Inn at Epcot.
They offer plenty of dishes that are more traditional than tex mex, but they are good.
The atmosphere is wonderful and very romantic and the price isn't bad. There is plenty to drink as well if you would like to indulge a bit.
