Dinner Delivery?

There is a service where I live that picks up food from top flight restaurants in the city and delivers it to your home and sets up the table for you.

Do you think there is a market for this in WDW? If you were staying at the Poly, would you like to get delivery from Flying Fish? You are staying at the Grand Floridian, would you want delivery from Chefs de France?

What about the usual take out you order at home, a pizza place or Chinese take out delivered?

Is Disney missing an opportunity here?

Or does it exist and no one told me?

Well the deluxe resorts all offer room service which is basically a selection of items available from their own restaurants so that's one option.

I've definitely heard of people having pizza delivered from off site to their rooms too (in fact it's so common that there is in fact a scam involved re pizza delivery so never order from a leaflet stuffed under your door, always get one from the phone book!)

I did hear on a DISUnplugged podcast a few weeks back about there being a similar service available that will pick up food from restaurants and deliver but name escapes me at the moment. Pretty sure they were all offsite restaurants though.

I remember seeing that before too...they delivered from places like Chilis. The name of the place escapes me too.
