Dinner Dance at the Pavillion at DLP

We are going to Disneyland Paris for New Year and was wondering if anyone had been to th Dinner at at the Pavillion in the Magic Kingdom. If so what was it like? Was it formal or relaxed and what happened? We just cant decide what to do for New Years.
