We have a 5:25 pm ADR for O'Hana on the same night as we are going to MNSSHP. Do you think it is a bad idea to show up to the party late (or on time)? We are planning to catch the rides during the first parade and stay later . . . What do you think? :surfweb:

We had a 5:30 at Park Faire. We plan to do the trick or treat trails and characters as well as the parades rather than the rides. But our biggest fear is that we'd arrive and they'd be behind. Then the meal stretches beyond an hour. And before you know it, it's 7:15-7:30 and we're still at park Faire and missing out on the party. So we booked a breakfast instead and we'll grab a counter for dinner. It just keeps us more flexible.

I don't think your ADR time is bad. Many do what you are planning to do. You'll probably get to MK by 7:00p if not earlier.

Just be sure and arrive for your ADR early so that you can hopefully be seated on time.

I agree your time is good. We usually eat at CP before the party.

We've got a 5:05 for Tony's Town Square. We may decide to just got for a counter service somewhere but I'd sort of like to get a good dinner into the kids first if we can.

We're doing LTT at 5:40pm. So I hope that when we're done dinner, the party will just be getting started and we can go to the candy lines - I especially want to go through the trail in Toontown that leads to Tomorrowland. We missed it last year b/c the kids fell asleep and there were SOOOO many cool characters back there!

We've got 5:10 ressies for LTT on October 5th. There's no way I am going to miss those rides in Fantasyland when they open them at 6:45!!! :cool1:

Your ADR time sounds good, like the OP'er, arrive either on time or early, so you can be seated right away if possible. You should be good to go around 7:-7;15 for the party, that will work out fine. Enjoy the party...

Thanks for all the great posts. Seems like you are divided. Some say it sounds okay. Others think we will miss too much by arriving at 7 or 7:15.

We can definitely show early for the ADR at O'Hana and I can keep trying to up the ressie time . . . Will O'Hana still be fun (with all the activities, etc.) if we go that early???
