Dinner before MK EMH

Just realized that MK has PM EMH on October 3,2015 from 11-1am. It is just my boyfriend and I and we are staying at POR.
We decided to drop our current plans since this is the only MK PM EMH during our stay and I really want to take advantage of it!
The problem is, it's a Saturday night, well beyond my 180 ADR day, and we're looking to dine around 8pm which is during most of the fireworks shows.
I don't mind paying for a reservation finding service (Disney Dining Buddy, etc.) but would love some suggestions for a dinner at one of the monorail resorts or MK/EPCOT!
Just would like to rule out anywhere that we would have to dress up for, since we want to go straight to MK afterwards, and 'Ohana because we have a reservation there later in our trip that we would like to keep

We are doing Plaza dinner the night we do MK PM EMH. We have a 740 pm ADR.

I would check out the Grand Floridian Cafe. We had dinner there last September and it was very nice experience. I had a wonderful salmon and my hubby a steak in peppercorn sauce. They were quick, friendly, and the food was reasonable and quite good. It was also very relaxing walking through the GF lobby, listening to the band, and you would have either the monorail or boat as an option back to the MK for the EMH.
