Dinner at Water Parks When Park Open Until 7

During the summer, when the water parks are open until 7, do the counter service dining venues stay open/continue serving meals until closing time?

I'm pretty sure they stay open until the park closes, but the menus stay the same.

I'm back from my trip.

The counter service places at TL closed an hour before closing....around 6 I think. So unless you eat really early (and I have a toddler so I eat early already), dinner in the park is not really an option.
