Dinner at Sanaa

I love the bread service. I love the food. My son loves the food. My husband and daughter not so much. My daughter didn't like the seasoning on the steak. My husband just ordered the wrong thing for himself. Has anyone ordered a steak without the seasoning and/or if she could order mac and cheese (it's on the children's menu) as a side dish?

My experience is that Disney is very accommodating.

Yes!!! My DH orders the steak with no seasoning and gets a side of plain roasted potatoes and steamed broccolini. He always really enjoys it. (we actually did Sanaa twice on our last trip!) Enjoy!!

They actually have a burger at lunch that is amazing! I think it’s only at lunch though.

You can ask the server. Usually, they will do what they can to accomodate reasonable requests.

Yes. A lot of the Sanaa steak seasoning is in that spiced knob of butter. Last time I had the steak, I asked for the butter seasoning to be served on the side and no problem. That way if I wanted to treat it as a dipping sauce, I could. When served as the chef wishes, the flavour overpowered the steak. If I can't taste the base protein even a little, I'm not a happy camper.
