I always stay on-site so I didn't have a good answer for my friend.

He and his family are staying off-site next month and I was wondering if they can make dinner reservations at the resort restaurants. I'm guessing no, but maybe they can take the monorail from the MK and try to get seated at the Poly or CR.

Does anyone know the policies and/or options?

Thanks!

Of course they can make PS for resort restaurants. They can even park at the resort. They just tell the guard they have PS. There may be a time limit so if they want to park hop after they may want to park at the MK and monorail over to the restaurant. All they do is call Disney dining at 407 WDISNEY. Hope this helps.

Just tell them to make sure they have their ps number/photo id with them if they are parking at the gates. They looked us up in the computer everytime we went through the guard gate last month.

Thanks! I wasn't sure after so many years of being spoiled.
