My wife and I, an older couple, are arriving on 5/29 for six days at Coronado Springs and visiting MK, HS, and Epcot. We have an ADR for 7:55 pm at Narcoossee's on the first night of our trip. Since we plan to arrive at CS at noon and would like to spend most of that day and evening at MK (from approximately 4 pm to closing) can we park in the GF lot and take the monorail back and forth to the park? We want especially to watch the water pageant and fireworks from the porch at Narcoossee's.

You're not supposed to park at a resort for theme park access. You should park at the TTC, take the monorail or ferry to MK, then take the monorail or boat to GF.

As PP stated, resort parking is not designed for, nor large enough for theme park parking. An alternative for you, if you wish, is Valet Parking. If you Valet you can park for as long as you want. The current cost is $25 plus tip.
