dinner at LTT on dining plan?

Just checked the offical brochure from disney and only the lunch is listed as part of the plan. Has anyone experienced this yet?

The dinner is listed as "Goofy's Liberate Your Appetite Character Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern".

But the lunch is great at LTT. The pot roast and pilgrims' feast are our two favorites.
