Dinner at BOG without Beast?

I've got a reservation for late January at Bog, at 4.10 pm.
Now that I'm reading the confirmation e-mail I notice it says "Characters are not available during this time of day"...
Is that true? We will not be able to meet the Beast?

BOG dinner is not considered a character meal because at DW a character meal includes multiple characters who circulate throughout the dining room and visit each table. At BOG there is only the Beast who remains in the library and you will have a photo op with him (no autographs) after you finish your dinner. He walks briefly through the dining room several times, but he does not stop at any tables.

Thanks for the reply. I knew He doesn't visit the tables but I panicked when I read the mail.

They are covering their backsides because he is not guaranteed to be there. If by some chance all of the Beast's "friends" are not available, he won't be there. He has several "friends" so it isn't too likely.
