Ok I have been planning for sometime for my family of 4! Then my nutty BIL has decided to "stay" with us so I had to change dining plans. Now my SIL and her 2 grown daughters and 1 grand daughter (4) has decided to join us at the parks. They have never been to Disney before. We have a short visit only 3 1/2 days. My DS 11 and DD 10 have been several times and we are going to Disney 3 more times this yr. I want my "extended intruders" to have a blast.
So dining for us is no big deal but I have never had Chef Mickeys for dinner. Can someone let me know what type of food they have and which characters show. We have eaten at 1900 a few times and the last time we were there about 2 yrs ago the food was not as good as in the past.

I prefer Chef Mickey's for breakfast. The kids like CM for dinner. We have been to CM for dinner a couple times and it seems like the normal salad and fruit, prime rib, garlic mashed potatoes, mac &cheese and nuggets on the kids, sundaes, and cakes.

Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Pluto were there in December if I recall correctly.

We had dinner at both restaurants last October. Chef Mickey's gets our vote. My kids (and husband too) love it! You have to love the 'Celebrate' song!! We saw Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto when we were there.
