Dining ???

I have some friends going in May. Tomorrow will be 180 days. Can they make the ADR's for the whole week? They are traveling a party of 9, and 3 rooms. Could they put their child in one of the others rooms that is NOT getting the dining plan? Since mom and dad might go out on their own. One more, If they get the DDP, and grandma and grandpa take the child to dinner can they use her card for the DDP and the grandparents pay cash for their meal?

Are they staying at a WDW resort? Then yes, they can make the ADRs for the full week tomorrow.

Could they put their child in one of the others rooms that is NOT getting the dining plan?

Yes, but they won't be able to use their dining credits to buy meals for the child.

If they get the DDP, and grandma and grandpa take the child to dinner can they use her card for the DDP and the grandparents pay cash for their meal?

Yes, if they keep the child in the DDP room. The key card would need to stay with the child. If the child is not registered in the DDP room it won't matter how her meal is paid for.
