I think Emerils and Tchop Chop and Hard Rock (30 days there)....but the others you don't need to make until you are there

(I think some are made thru "open table"?)

Depending on the time of year, I'd make ressies for Mythos.......If you visit the Universal Website you can find all the telephone numbers.
