dining with an imagineer?

Does this still happen? When do I book? Thinking mid December... what days is it held?

I just booked this for our December trip. It happens on Mon/Wed/Fri at 11:30am. You have to call in to book. The first call, I was not successful, they told me I had to wait for the 90 day mark. I called back to make another reservation for a meal I missed and asked and was able to book for 12/13/10. We did this last year in December and my daughter loved it. There is a limit of up to 10 people per lunch. The conversation was fantastic and the meal was pretty good too. We received a name tag with our name on it and across the bottom it states "lunch with an imagineer". We also received a beautiful gold etched bowl that the imagineer signed.

The lunch is held at the Brown Derby restaurant at DHS.

There's currently a dinner offered at Flying Fish but I do not believe they are scheduling that as far ahead as December.
