Dining w/ Imagineer at BD???

So Disney came up with another way to part me from my money by coming up with the idea for the Minnie Marathon Weekend with a 5k, 1 mile, and a 15K called Women Run the World. I've got to have that T-shirt!!! Coincindently, it's also the weekend of my birthday and I was thinking about what I would want to do special for my birthday and what I came up with was the Dine with an Imagineer at Brown Derby. However, other than reviews here I don't know much about the program.
Is it booked through the normal WDW-DINE number?
Does it have the same 90 day booking window as a regular meal?
Is it only done certain days of the week so maybe I have to come up with something else anyway? TIA

You book the Imagineer lunch through the WDW-DINE number. It can only be booked 30 days in advance. It is only offered on certain days and when my DD did it those days were Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The cost this past August was $60/person plus tip and tax. No discounts offered but you can charge it back to your room. The menu is pre-set with the only choice being your entree (usually three selections offered). At my DD's lunch, she was served the lobster bisque soup, individual Cobb salad, and creme brulee. She choose whatever the steak entree was at that time. Non-alcoholic beverages are included and you can purchase wine, etc. for an additional cost.
You also receive a very large, collectible black and gold plate that the Imagineer will sign for you.
