We have dinner reservations at 6:30 at The Grand Floridian on November 30, and the Magic Kingdom is closing that day at 4:30. So, I am wondering what will be the best option for transportation back to our resort. Will our only options be to take the monorail to Epcot and get in the bus back or take the new “Minnie” Van?

You can also go to DS and then bus to your resort

Taxi or Uber is easiest and quickest

The buses are still running from MK to each resort, even though it's a closed event. So you could also take the monorail back to MK and get the bus from there, if you are not staying at a monorail resort. Both the monorail and bus depot are before you actually enter MK.
