We are heading to WDW in May for 6 nights at VWL on the dining plan. It will be 4 adults, 2 kids and 1 toddler. My in-laws are 2 of the adults, and they ar not good for walking a LOT at a time...so tings may be very different for us than in the past. I tried to keep park hopping to a minimum. This is the plan we have just confirmed with all our dining --- tel me what you think? Did I allow enough time to travel and between meals?
Day 1: arrive at 8 pm...no dining needed
Day 2: MK (gotta see the mouse on day 1), Breakfast in room, snacks in park, big dinner at Whispering Canyon at 6:30. Pool or Wishes at 9 pm
Day 3: Chef Mickey at 9:40, Epcot till closing with a counter service meal and snack before Illuminations at 9 pm.
Day 4: Breakfast in room...then Holywood studios for some Star Wars fun! Lunch at Pizza Planet(the kids have been asking to go for 3 years), then back to the hotel because Mommy and Daddy get a date night at Citrico's (out of pocket). Kids and grandparents order pizza (out of pocket).
Day 5: Breakfast in room...then to Animal Kingdom. We usually last till abou 3 at this park. So, we will do a counter service in the park, then head back to the room for a rest. Dinner at The Plaza in MK at 6:30, then some night time rides and Spectromagic and Wishes.
Day 6: (last full day) Breakfast in Room, then Epcot, then counter meal for lunch. Boat over to the Yacht club for dinner at Yachtsman at 5:45. THEN boat over to Holywood Studios for Fantasmic. This is the one I am most worried about. Yachtsman is a must, but this was the only day that was available. Fantasmic is only showing this day and Day 1...but that is a MK day!
Day 7: Breakfast in room or in WL counter service. Magic Kingdom until 4 pm then bus home. we should have 1 counter service this day.
Suggestions???
Thanks!
