Our family and another family are visiting the parks in February, but one of us recently suffered his first heart attack and has been put on a rather strict low-sodium super-healthy diet. Aside from preparing and packing all meals, how might this person enjoy eating at restaurants with the rest of us? If we list his needs on our reservations will they be accommodated?
Thanks!

or even lotions, shampoo etc.. Sometimes, coconut milk / water or coconut flavoring is in bakery goods, or some seafood broths.. I always add this to my ADR's, and a chef will come out and talk to me. You can also ask to speak to a chef, they all have been so nice and helpful. I suggest looking ahead at all the menus so you have a idea of what's offered that could be easily altered to fit their needs. By planning ahead you can help the family member by making it easy to stick to this new life change. I have been through this with my mom, I would plan ahead what I was cooking or what restaurant's would be best to eat at. It helped her stay on track and not feel like she was inconveniencing everyone.
