Dining Suggestions for Family w/ 2 Toddlers

Hi,
We'll be staying 3 nights at the WL in Mid-September and be on the dining plan. This is what I was thinking of doing for our dinners:

Concourse Steakhouse Dinner
Chef Mickey's for Dinner
Artist Point for Dinner Or Wolfgang Puck Cafe

This is our first time staying at the Disney Resort and eating our dinners there, I just want to make sure I make the right choices.

My children are 3 & 1. I have been reading alot of people doing Chef Mickey's for Breakfast. Is it better for breakfast than dinner?

What do you all recommend for Counter Service Meals at MK?

Any input would be great!

We loved Chef Mickey's! We ate breakfast there our last trip, but are planning on dinner for this upcoming one. Have you considered Crystal Palace with Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet? My kids both love it there and really, really loved it when they were smaller. It is fun and good food!
As far as CS meals at MK, we like Cosmic Rays. It has good food and I've always been able to please my kids there. You might want to check out allears.net for menus- there are menus for everywhere there!

I'd never take two toddlers to Artist's Point. Of course, I never thought my own were well behaved enough - perhaps yours are. My son wasn't a great sitter - sitting through an hour and a half meal would have been torture. My daughter was prone to meltdowns (ever carry a kicking child out of a restaurant - not pretty). I wouldn't have enjoyed the meal waiting for one of them to make it go horribly wrong. I'd recommend avoiding all signature places - unless your kids are particularly well behaved.
